Booking terms

Please read these terms before completing your booking or enquiry. Your reservation is confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation.

Standard reservations · 1–8 guests

Dinner and Drinks reservations are for 2 hours. Just Drinks reservations are for 1 hour 10 minutes. Your confirmed arrival and finish times appear in your booking details.

Where card authentication is requested, we securely authenticate your card for €15 per guest. This is not an upfront payment. We may charge €15 for each affected booked guest for a no-show, cancellation or reduction within 48 hours, or arrival more than 15 minutes late without contacting us.

Cancellation and changes

• 1–8 guests: at least 48 hours’ notice.
• 9 or more guests: at least 7 days’ notice.
• Private hire: at least 14 days’ notice.

Use the Manage Booking link in your confirmation for permitted changes. If the change is unavailable online, contact our reservations team. Changes depend on availability and are not confirmed until accepted.

Groups and private hire

Bookings for 9 or more guests and private events are managed enquiries. Finger Food and Drinks enquiries are available for 12–50 guests and are never automatically confirmed. Our team will agree availability, layout, package, any minimum spend and payment terms with you. Any requested deposit must be paid to secure the booking. Existing manually agreed deposits and payment links remain valid under their quoted terms.

Cocktail classes

Private and public cocktail classes are enquiry-only. Classes cost €60 per person; the advertised 12.5% service charge applies to private classes and is included in the agreed quote. Once your enquiry is accepted, the full agreed total must be paid in advance using the secure payment link. A submitted enquiry does not reserve places.

Public class dates are confirmed by our team. Any specific cancellation, transfer or refund terms will be provided before you pay; do not assume that a date or place is secured until confirmed.

Arrival and availability

Please arrive on time. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, call us; without contact, your booking may be released. Arrival directions and the password are sent with your confirmation. Seating requests are subject to availability.

If your preferred time is unavailable, try an earlier or later time, or ask about our sister speakeasy, The Blind Pig. All alternatives are subject to availability.
